Maa Bala Sundri Devi is considered to be the 'Bal Roop' of Maa Vaishno Devi
There are various temples of Maa Bala Sundari Devi situated in India and this is the main temple. This Mata Temple is situated approximately 24 Kms South-West Direction of Nahan. This great temple is situated at a hight of 430 Mts on a hill above the Trilokpur Gaon. The temple is at a scenic spot.
This Maa Devi has 3 main roops:
- Maa Lalita Devi
- Maa Bala Sundari Devi
- Maa Tribhavini Devi
Maa Lalita Devi's Temple is situated 4Kms away from Trilokpur Gaon towards the east direction on a hill. Maa Tribhavini Devi's Temple is situated in the North Western Side. And Maa Bala Sundari Devi's temple is situated in the middle of these 2 temples.

If you are coming from Delhi, this is how you reach Maa's temple by road.
- Delhi to Ambala-200 Km
- Ambala to Kala Amb- 53Km
- Kala Amb to Temple-11Km
If you are coming from other directions
- Barada-Kala Amb- 30Km
- Yamuna Nagar to Kala amb- 52 Km
- Chandigrah to Kala Amb- 72Km
Kala Amb is a famous industrial area in Himachal Pradesh, Sirmaur and the temple is just 11 Kms from the Kala Amb city center.
After you reach the Kala Amb Himachal Toll Barrier, on the left is Maa Kali Temple and after crossing the barrier on the right goes the road to the "Pauri Wala" (The second Swarg ki Sidhi made by Ravan) and towards the left goes the road to Maa Bala Sundri.
The first gate of the vast temple compound, approximately a kilometer away from the Shaktipeeth.
Various temples on the way include majorly Dhyanu Bhakt Temple.
On your left, this is where you stop your car if it is a low rush time, like non Navratra Days or other rush times. Else you can drive further and the road will turn left to a proper parking place behind the Dharamsala.
This is where you start walking for around a 100 steps. The height is just as steep as shown above and can be walked through easily by mostly all. This will take you to the Western Gate of the temple. The other one takes you to the Eastern Gate which opens only in rush times like Navratras. Collect the prasad on the way.
